Any ideas, better A/C drainage?

Looks like that might be a Venturi setup. There should be a check valve and a filter to help the Venturi suck the water from the pan without clogging or allowing back flow. I’d start by checking those two parts to make sure they’re not clogged with debris.

Can’t do much about that pinch unfortunately, not lots of work room there
Change your hose and shorten the length a bit or your AC pan will overflow for more Damage.

I've had this problem quite a few times. Most often it is the lint from the coils dripping off with the condension and plugging up the drain. The only cure is regular maintenance.
I often run the drain line to a shower sump.
