We have several of these (see picture) on our H36. No idea what they are for. There are 3 or 4 of them on the boat.

They are about the same size as a Kleenex box only of course flat as you can see in the pic.

Any ideas on this mystery ?

Check to see if they are the same size as your windows. They could be screens without the screens.

I believe they are ice tray covers. Put water in the ice tray and cover the tray with these. If you heel over before your fridge makes ice, the water in the tray won't spill out in the freezer.

I use them all the time in our Hunter 38 freezer.
Cheers,
Rob

Ice tray covers - I will check

Ah - ha - ice cube tray covers - I will check - that is the best reply so far that I cant rule out !

Good suggesitiion on the screenless- port screens - but we have the lewmar ports and the plastic screens already -and the item in the photo is not the right size for the ports.

Bingo !

Went to the boat today and these fit on the ice cube trays perfectly.

Thanks a lot guys - never in a million years would I have guessed that this was the use for these items.
