... who might know the prop shaft diameter? I'm trying to order anodes for a friend but she and I are in Florida while her boat is in Michigan. Thanks.

Boatzincs.com is a great place to get anodes. When I had fixed blad I used 2 on the shaft. Now with an autoprop one on shaft and one on prop.

Are you using Aluminum or Magnesium ?

Also if you need HE anodes the “zinc one” is E-00 for 2” HE’s and E-0H orE-0HZ for 3” HE’s. The 2” heat exchangers were only used on early MK1’s

With these zincs you won’t have to cut the to length as required for “normal” 3/8 zincs.

Thanks for the responses. 1 inch sounds like a reasonable size.
.
Every 2 or 3 years I order anodes from BoatZincs. I started ordering for my friends to help get the shipping costs down a bit; this is the 1st year for the Catalina.

Our boats are in Lake Erie so we using aluminum.
