More specific questions?
See that you're not getting any replies here, and it may be that you need to ask more specific questions. Not to be a smart alec, but HerBay to Solomons isn't that long of a trip (depending on your boat.) Are you looking for anchorages? Annapolis to Solomons is 7-8 hours on a liesurly sail, so a 2 day trip will probably require some creative planning on your part. Of course, you can have the wind on your nose the whole way, which is basically a motor trip unless you're very committed. Give some more info/specific questions and I'm sure folks will help out, e.g., what are you sailing, what's your experience with the bay, etc. Is this trip for the rally? If so, I'm sure lots of folks will be heading down that way. Maybe you can get a flotilla of boats at similar speed.
