any 326 weaknesses i should know about?

Hi,I am just about to complete the sale tomorrow for a 326.It has a survey from a local surveyor and seems ok, i am going to see it the final time tomorrow before handing over the money and thought i would ask if there are any common faults or extra checks i should know of that the surveyor may have missed.Any comments appreciated.Thanks in advance.Matthew

I sail a 320 Hunter and enjoy it immensely. It's big enough for power and comfort yet small enough to singlehand and dock easily. Whatever shortcomings are overcompensated for as a result. You'll be the envy of smaller boats who'd like to move up as well as those with 38s and 40s who feel overwhelmed.
