Antifreeze for 2GM Engine Winterizing

I recently installed a 2GM in my H27 and am planning ahead for winterizing the engine. I am trying to determine the amount of antifreeze that will be required for winterizing.

How many gallons should I plan on? Any recommendations on type, etc?

The volume required to displace all the cooling water includes the water lift muffler volume so just knowing what engine you have is only part of the answer. As example, my Yanmar 4JH requires approx one gallon but the muffler is an additional 1.5 gallons.
