Another fridge problem..

The compressor( Danfos 35 ,Coolmatic By Waeco , 12V) works for about 4-5 minutes and stop, for about 20-30 min or so , even when operated for first time. The compressor barely get just a little warm - opposed to very hot before, when normal-, before it stops. The Fridge compartment get accordingly just a little cold . Turning the termostat knob on the evaporator doesn't make any differance. It seems this was a gradual thing , the compressor working time gets shorter and shorter over the last weeks. The electric connections checked and found OK. What that might be ? Thanks , Alex.

Try this

Make sure the capillary sensing tube from the thermostat is only touching the evaporator where it is clamped to it.If so, disconnect the wires pluged into terminals C and T on the control module and jump the two TERMINALS together. The unit should run until you remove the jumper. If it does, replace the thermostat.

Gas Leaking

Hello Alex. Your compressor seems to run out of gas. look cerfuly for leaking, you can use regular oil to find out leaking in places with conecctions. I had the same problems few years ago. Good luck. Bob
