Anchorages and marinas Gulf Coast of Florida

Has anyone got any suggestions on references for anchorages and marinas along the Gulf Coast of Florida and Alabama from Mobile to Key West?
With a draft of 5'6", I understand there will be some limitations on access in certain areas along the way.

First Sugestion, Join a Yacht Club

If you are a member of a club that belongs to either the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs or the Gulf Yachting Association you get a free night at most of the sister clubs. This often includes showers laundry and dining facilities as well as loaner bikes and other amenities You can go from Mobile to Key West stay at a marina not pay a dime for a slip except for two spots along the way.
