I have a recently bought a Beneteau First 345 and the anchor system is a serious trial. There is a up only electric windlass installed in the anchor locker. The chain constantly jams when bringing up the anchor. Can any one tell me what was the original anchor system on these boats? Be much appreciated for any illumination on the matter.
