Anchor System

Looking for help again. My computer went down recently and I lost all my links. Somewhere I had come across a system someone used when anchoring where they connected the anchor rode to both bow cleats. I think they used a bowline or some other knot. Not sure if its the one seen previously but

here it a bridle tip that I featured last summer after successfully using it.
