On the Pulpit?
I mount my Danforth anchor onto a stainless steel holder bolted onto the pulpit of my C22. I think that kind of mount is available thru someone like West Marine. Secure the anchor with a bungee and tie the anchor rode onto the far forward deck and then tie it to the pulpit so that nothing can fall off when bouncing into waves. If I am pretty sure that I am not going to anchor when out, I store my 2 anchors in the aft part of the cockpit's starboard storage area. I try to keep them easily accessible, with the rodes in bags so if needed they are easy to deploy.
