I have a 2007 Hunter 49, with a two track anchor roller assembly. The actual rollers need to be replaced, but there is no markings to indicate manufacturer. Does anyone know where to get these rollers, or adequate substitute? I have attached pics of the roller. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!!

What are the dimensions of roller outside to outside (looks like 3.5" or 4"), radius and hole diameter? Check with these guys for one Delrin Anchor Roller Replacement Wheels (marinedepotdirect.com) (these guys helped me source custom portlights to my dimensions). You could buy one that is not as wide and install teflon spacers on the bolt ends OR one that is slightly larger and trim each end on a sander to fit.

Please let the forum know the dimensions and if found a supplier that can help.

Likely Hunter made them in shop. The aft part of our bow roller has two like the ones you show; one upper and one lower that the rode runs through. Our lower one wore out several years ago and I bought two from Hunter at the time. They held up quite well after anchoring hundreds of times.

Wrote an article awhile ago about our anchoring system and one of the photos shows our bow rollers in question. Let me know if yours matches ours. That article is here: Hunter 42 Owner Modifications and Upgrades

I replaced mine with a trailer bed roller that you can source at most any recreation store for about $10. The clear yellow one has held up great.

I replaced mine, which showed significant cracking, with some that I made using some Delrin stock that I bought on eBay. I simply duplicated the dimensions (which are not critical at all except for the through hole) when turning them on my lathe. If you know someone with a lathe they are very easy to make and the material for both will cost less than one that you would purchase finished. You could probably make them on a wood lathe, too, but that would be more fiddly and less precise.
