Anchor for the Bay
A Plow is a excellent anchor - a bit it heavy. I cuise the bay and my two favorites are Delta and Fortress (or Guardian - made by Fortress). The Fortress/Guardian are Danforth style anchors that are lightweight with superb holding power. If you are not sure bump up one size level level (ie. 33-35 ft boat). I got mine through Defender - google it excellent prices. I have a Guardian on my Hunter 310 and am very satisfied. Friends that have the Delta are equally pleased. Don't forget to have 10-15 of chain and you will set.
