Amiot Master Electronic Control

Hi I'm not getting any power to my Amiot Master Control panel all the fuses in the back of the panel are good. I'm wondering if anyone has experience the same issue? Also, is there a reset button on the panel.

Can you check the voltage coming into the panel with a multimeter to make sure the supply is good?

Thanks Davidassailor26 I'll have to fiqure out where the power cable going to the panel is.
