Alternator size

Forgot what size alternator you put in....plus the info.
I think mine is the stock 51 amp.

Here is the alternator cheat info

Paul, Our engines come with Mando, a Korean OEM, style alternators. You can find info on page 2 at http://www.arcomarine.com/xhtml/Tech Marine Alternator tips.pdf and http://www.arcomarine.com/xhtml/60050-65050-M88.pdf.

I found one here http://marineengineparts.com/shopsite_sc/store/html/page99.html for $129 for the 55 amp model and the 65 amp model is $149.

Bottom line is if you go to any alternator place and ask for a 50-55 amp Mando style marine alternator you will be good. I got a Mercruiser branded one and when I brought it home and matched it up to my old one it was identical except for the paint on the outside and the sticker with the part number.
