Hi All!
Talked to
Gordon Douty(editor of the Nor'East Albin Newsletter)tonight and he told
me of your list here at egroups. Small world!! I started a
list here in Oct of 99 for owners of Albin 25 and 27 Cruisers. We
also have some Vega owners whom I have told about your presence
here. While we may not know about the particulars of Vegas, we have
a good group of motor troubleshooters if anyone needs assistance.
Feel free to visit us:

We also have a Rendezvous planned which you folks are welcome to
attend. The particulars are below. We hope to meet you out on
the waters.

There are also accommodations available for those who wish to attend
without their boats. The Hamilton Village Inn is a short drive from
the Marina, has a 2 diamond rating with AAA, and a restaurant on the
property called the Sea View Station. They have a soda machine, ice
machine, and laundry facilities on premises. Rates start at $70 per
night. Make reservations early as summer is a very busy time for
the Newport area.

401-294-9044 I plan to
be down in the area on the 27th to take care of the last minute stuff and
do a little cruising. You can reach me at 1-781-910-8938. If
I don't answer, leave a message in voicemail. Again, please make
your reservations early as we are not sure of how many people will be
responding from the printed media exposure. Having talked with a
few people it looks like there are already 5 boats planning to
attend. Who knows how many 25's and 27's will come out of the
woodwork! ;-)
