I have been the owner of this 1971 Vega since 1981. It has TWO YEAR
OLD BANKS SAILS (main with new sail cover and 150 jib), with a two
year old Harken roller furling. It also has a crusing spinnaker and a
110 jib with luff tape. The sail boat is in very good condition, and
besides having to replace the water impeller every 3-4 years, the gas
motor has been great, never failing to start and sounds very salty.
It has a wind speed indicator, an autohelm, and new full length
