Alarm and warning light not coming on

Recently I turn the key and I am not getting the buzzer or light coming on. We played with it a bit and flicking the toggle switch up it some times sounds We we’re thinking that maybe it’s the toggle switch Any experience with this

In my case was the little speaker of buzzer that died (but that was a lighting striking so most of the electronics were also dead..)

Intermittent electrical problems are frequently traced to frayed wiring or loose connections. Take a multimeter and check for continuity of the wiring in the harness that goes from engine to control panel. Also check the pin connectors.

I had this problem too on my 356. I found a corroded block connecter behind the rear cabin before going upto the ignition key
