I want to put an air conditioner on my 1987 Catalina 27. Who has done it. What brand and where did you place the compressor? Where did you put the intake thru hull? George
Last April I had a Mermaid 9000 BTU reverse cycle unit installed. It is in the aft lazzarate with one duct to the aft berth and one to the main cabin. I chose to have a professional installation as I had never done this type of installation before and did not want to practice on my boat.
