My 2006 H33 is equipped with the standard 16,000 btu A/C.
Granted this weekend was really HOT,however the V and aft berths did not cool down but the main saloon was comfortable in a short amount of time.
Is there a way of beefing up the A/C output to those areas.
The vents are also a bit small.
Any experience or advice with this?

1. You should be able to close the louvers in the salon alittle to get more air flow to rear and V berth. 2. Throttle up the fan speed. 3. Turn on room fans to circular the air around.

Probably not much that can be done

The vee birth has lots of surface are to the volume it encloses so the heat transfer to the outside is pretty good. you could add some insulation to the cabin walls or try a sun fly to keep the direct sun off the deck.
I use sun flies exclusively and have pretty good luck. It was 80ish deg water and 100is air and we where holding at 95 in the salon and vee birth without AC. Course we where on the hook and there was a breeze off the water.

Buy a cheap oscillating fan to circulate the air. We used an old box fan on our Cal with a companion way mounted window A/C. Got like a meat locker inside. Without it the V berth was warm.
