Air Conditioning For A 36.7

Good morning.

The location for an air conditioning unit for a 36.7 is supposed to be in the back of the starboard aft cabin. That means they have to cut in and box a portion of the space thus making it a smaller sleep area. We were also told that the ductwork will not reach the forward v-cabin because of the difficulty in feeding it through tight areas of the bulkhead etc.

Is that the only place where we can place that unit? Any suggestions would be of assistance.

Have you looked at putting it under the Vberth and than venting into the main cabin at the bulkhead.

I did that on a First 310.
