All interior lighting works with the exception of aft lighting in cabin and head. Checked bulbs and they are fine. Don't know what to check next. Any suggestions?

Get a voltmeter. Make sure you have +12 at the fixture when the switch is on. Also check on the battery side of the switch, they can fail too. If no joy see if you can get +12 reading from the + wire to another ground. Should be a simple problem.
