Aft Cabin Cushions on a 380

I am looking to replace the outdated fabrics in the V berth and Aft Cabin. One question is how to get the headboard foam and fabric off. I don't see any screws, or any way to get them off without messing up the supporting fiberglass.....does anyone know what I might be missing. Seems like I should have been able to figure this out.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just start at the left side. Get your fingers behind the backer board and pull. It is held in place by plastic "christmas trees". It will pull right off with a little effort.
