Affordable wind instrument?

Looking for recommendations for a masthead wind instrument. Anyone have experience with the Raytheon ST40 at $370.? Are there others under $400.? Thanks.

Nexus Instruments.

Ed:Nexus has individual instruments as well as their systems. You can actually have a single display that can be used to display all of their transducers. Not sure about the price of the individual units, but it is a very nice system to build on. You can shop around, I think that www.pyacht.com has them and they usually have good prices.The Nexus systems was rated very high by Practical Sailor.

for the info. And I had a call from a fellow H37C owner who also recommended Nexus. I have the catalog from last year's Annapolis show and will check them out again this year. That unit sells for $430. But as you point out I can build a system around it. Thanks.
