Hi all, I've been cruising my Vega on the East coast for some time now and am considering taking her out to the left coast for a trip up to Alaska. I know there are quite a few Vega owners in the PNW and BC and was wondering where to begin with route planning and so on. Any recommended cruising guides? What about timing? Is it doable to go from Bellingham to Alaska and back in one summer June-August? Any suggestions on equipment/modifications? I'm looking at the summer of 2015, trucking the boat out in late May and setting off as soon as I get her rigged and provisioned. Thx. Tom Pagan Baby V 398
