Thanks David for bringing up the margarita question and Phil the coffee question. Now, how about sharing their favorite "boat drink"? For instance, our Notigans consist of: 1 Part Bacardi 151 1 part coconut rum 1 part pineapple rum 1 part banana rum 4 part mango juice Mix well, served over crushed ice with maraschino cherry and juice on top. only the charater crew I sailed with last summer knew a better way to make them - 2oz Amaretto 2oz Vodka 1oz Malibu Rum 2oz chocolate liqueur 3oz Bailey's Mix em together in a blender. Add ice. Blend until an ice cream consistency is attained. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, preferable fresh. Forget that you planned to be in a different anchorage by the end of the day. You guys know all these great receipes but in 2-3 days they will vaporize into the archives. Key them into the receipe database so I can find them this spring when I am in that mode.
