If you give us a little more info, we can be more specific in the advice given, like what teak was removed, handrails? hatch trim? What did you refinish it with, varnish? Cetol? Teak oil?
That being said, marine silicone is a good all around sealant, that is compatable with almost everything and fairly inexpensive. It does not have the adhesive ability of some other sealants, but does an excellent job of sealing. If it is trim you will remove again to refinish, marine grade silicone is the way to go.
