Adding spreader lights

I'm starting my spring haul out list. We want to add spreader lights and have some questions. Because this is a double spreader rig, would it be advantageous to put lights on both sets of spreaders? Maybe one pair shining on the foredeck and one pair shining on the cockpit? Maybe they should be on separate switches? Any experience? Any suggestions?

We added spreader lights on the upper spreader of our H340, and are very pleased with how they shine on most of the entire length of the boat, and are not too bright. If needed I'd use a LED headlight for detailed work.

I wouldn't bother with the upper spreader lights. On our 53'er the lower spreader lights do just fine & a flashlights goes higher easily.
However, I have replaced the "tractor" bulbs with LED; The best move I've ever made. Brighter & longer lasting. Cut my amps by 2/3 or more so now I use them so much I had to put a switch in the cockpit.

We used to hate using spreaders as they drew a lot, but replaced with two LED strip spreader lights and are very happy. Very bright and hardly no draw. Well worth the cost and effort
