Adding GPS to 99 311

As a new owner of 1999 311 I want to wire in a new GPS unit.
Can anyone tell me what I will find when I take the top off the pedestel?

Take out the four screws and the top of the pedestal lifts off. Inside it's all hollow with a plastic wiring tube at the starboard aft quarter. I put a Garmin 650 on the top of my pedestal on the starboard side.
