I'm assuming you want an asymmetrical?? You'll need a spinnaker halyard, a block at the bow for the tack line, a pair of blocks to attach to the toe rail on either side and a pair of light air spinnaker sheets. They're real easy to launch and sail. Try it in 5 to 8 knots the first time till you get the hang of it. Once you do you'll love it.
You'll also need a cleat in the cockpit for the tackline. I have a clam cleat.
Read as much as you can about flying a spinnaker and watch lots of videos. I've learned everything I know without anyone actually there helping me. I honestly think it would be better to have someone show you "what goes where and why." (My apologies to "The Silver Streak.") I'm doubling up on cleats on the mast for the halyard and sock. Having dedicated cleats on the mast would make things a little easier for me.
You also need LOTS of patience and an understanding first mate (wife) when you first fly it. Steady wind of at least 5 knots that's not swirling would be very helpful when you first fly it. (Too bad you can't buy that.)
I bought my way-cool, custom asymmetrical spinnaker from FX sails in Charleston, SC.
www.fxsails.com Bill is very helpful, even after the sale.
Let us know what you get. Oh, and beg anyone who takes your picture to send it to you. I still don't have pictures taken from another boat.
