I just bought a Teak Concepts acrilic hatch for above the v-birth and was wonereding if anyone else has installed one and has any advise or watchouts for me. Thanks Bob

Bob I installed one in my Catalina 27 last spring. one couple of things I found out that made the installation easier. First, this is definitely a two person job. Also after you mount the back of the hatch ( the hinges) We put some masking tape on the inside hatch, put the hatch in position and then marked where the closing toggles would go. This made it a lot easier to position where to drill the holes. It took us about an hour hour and a half if I remember right.
