Accessing motor mount hardware on 19 ft day sailor

Accessing the motor mount nuts and bolts. Has anyone figure out anything that avoids cutting out the foam in rear of the locker to get to the bolts of the mount to replace the mount ?

Short answer is no, I did plenty of research and everyone had the same idea. Drill it out and put in a deck plate. Here's mine..

The answer is different if you whether you have an O'Day 19 or a Mariner 19. The O'Day 19 motor mount is accessible via the cockpit locker.
