Access to port side stanchions above galley cupboards on a First 310

Has anyone had to remove their galley upper cupboards to access the port sidestantion bolts on a First 310?

A couple of the safety line stantions are getting loose and the bolt just spins when I try to tighten it from inside the collar. I need to secure the bolt that is on the underside of the deck, but it is hidden above the port side cupboards. Any info on how to remove the cupbards would be appreciated.

I don’t know how those cabinets are attached, and it seems like it would be a difficult (time consuming) task to remove and then reinstall them just to get at a nut.
Why not just pinpoint the stanchion position approximately from below and use an oscillating saw or a hole saw with a very short Pilot bit to create an access hole without accidentally drilling into the deck from below? Just an idea, may or may not be feasible.
