Accelerated Anode Burning

My boat is burning through the Prop Zinc (AN230 Beneteau) at a rate of 1 per month. This has increased since the winter where the zinc was lasting 2-3 months. The marina checked for stray AC current at my slip and two slips from mine and found no stray current. Keep in mind it was only a clamp meter that only checks for AC stray current. My hunch is it is a stray DC current from the bilge a boat nearby. Any recommendations on what to do?

First, I'd ask owners near you if they are also having the problem. If they are, check to see if there are any metal boats near your slip. If not, then most likely it is your boat, and a good marine electrician (if any such thing exists today) can quickly find the problem. Then you can fix it.

See @capta’s post above.
Are nearby boats suffering the same loss?

If not, you just narrowed down the source.

I saw recently that some put an anode over the side connected to the boat ground or mast

Most rapid anode depletion issues are due to a problem aboard the boat in question. Your search should have started there.
