Thank you two for your responses. First,I do not have an inverter. Secondly, I do in fact turn off the heater and the MarineAir prior to resetting the breaker under the lazarette by simply turning off the master AC Main switch on the circuit breaker panel over the chart table; ensuring that there is no AC load at all when the reset takes place. The loss does not always happen when the MarineAir is cycling, but I would not necessarily know that if it kicks off while asleep, which is what happened to our friends at 3AM. The switch under the lazarette is encased in a plastic rubberized bubble as you probably know. My thoughts centered around the fact that although the boat is fairly new, the relays that allow that contact to be made may have moisture in them disallowing the contact.
