All of a sudden, my two circuit breakers to the lights and sockets on the boat no longer work. All other breakers work fine How do I replace them? Do they pull out from the front or the back? If the back, it looks daunting.

Yes you pull them from the back. After disconnecting shore power and insuring the inverter (if you have one) is turned off just undo the wires (might want to make a drawing with wire placement) and remove the two screws from the front to release the old CB. reverse to install the new ones.

Odd that two failed at the same time. I would think failed breakers were the least likely cause of the problem unless there is evidence of damage. Before I replaced them I would check their continuity to see if they really are bad, and I would look for loose/broken wires and connections starting with ground wires. I recently had my inside courtesy lights fail, and after a couple of hours of removing panels and tracing wires I found a place in the overhead where the wire had been rubbing against something and chafed through.

I thought it was odd too, but all the other breakers on the panel work.
these two just wobble back and forth with no apparent connection.
As to the inverter, if it is off on the panel, is that sufficient or would it be better to disconnect the battery?

I would switch off the battery switch and make sure all power to the panel when working on the panel is off in case of touching or dropping some thing
on a live wire or connection.
2 screw on front panel hold circuit breaker on the panel and 2 screws on the back of circuit breaker are connected to 1 wire and ground strip, just changed one for my head from 5 amp to a 10 amp circuit breaker.
Very funny 2 went bad same time.
