AC breaker (not air conditioning but AC shore power)

just connected shore power to 2003 Hunter 306. went to nav station and toggled AC main on. no red light. checked shore power cable and reads 110. connections look very clean.
my question is is there possibly a breaker prior to Nav station thay may be tripped.

Manual shows one on page 63c2 located in “stbd aft Eurolocker” before the isolation transformer.

There should be a breaker within a couple of feet of the power inlet. Not all builders install one there but I believe AYBC requires it. Even my 1969 vintage boat has one.
