I bough a beautiful Hunter 25´ in Panama City with the purpose of moving it all the way down to Venezuela where I live. My plan is lift it from the marina where it is now and put it on a truck (I decided already what company will do the movement) that will transport it to Miami /Fort Lauderdale, where it will rest on a platform to be moved a container ship to Venezuela. I have tried to find a trailer that serves two purposes: 1) to easy the transit from the place (a marina I guess) where the truck has to launch the boat in South Florida to the port, and 2) to move the boat from places in Venezuela if I am please to do it. The cradle is useless once the boat arrives to its final destination. I do not want to spend thousands on a new trailer nor I want to spend $800 on a stupid cradle. I want to hear from guys that had faced the experience of moving their boats using both alternatives. I would love to hear from people that have had the experience of moving their boats on platforms to other countries. Antonio
