A short door

Help me! We have a Hunter 420 CC. The door to the owners cabin is 3cm to short, if we close the door, there is space for a book, to push it through. well edith, I don't have an H420 but..

I that on most boats the doors are intentially short to promote ventilation, my h33 doors are a good inch short.

If that is your only problem you are lucky- get a grip
