Bed It butyl tape made it all possible!

In the future, if the windows need replacing, no sewing. Unscrew the machine screws and pop in a new panel.

I'm also going to attempt to modify canvas snaps and add them to the nuts outside where I could then snap on an external cover. We originally had an external cover with velcro but the velcro fell apart in no time from UV.

Yea, the cockpit enclosure does look a bit boxy, I did climb out of the cockpit to think this over ;-)

Cool!

This has nothing to do with butyl tape, but since I'm planning to mount my new solar panel to the top of my Bimini, what kind of mounting hardware did you devise?

What are the little white spacer blocks?

The bars are aluminum and the white spacers are starboard. You could also use celtek pvc sheet goods for spacers.

I drilled right thru the bimini bows and drilled the sunbrella with a soldering iron. The aluminum flat bars sealed the sunbrella holes completely, not a drop in 2 years.
