A leaky Chrysler Sandpiper

Chrysler Sandpiper 22 Traverse City
I have a Chrysler Sandpiper 22'. It takes on water when sailing and even when laid up for the winter. I haven't been able to find the source of the leak. Has anyone seen this type of leak? Could water be coming i around the toe rail? How can it be fixed ? Thanks

Yes the toe rail can have leaks and not an easy find. Any thru deck bolt and the port windows seem to be a commen problem. and you need to look at the keel pin and rudder tube.
