On 9/20 I wrote in this forum about a problem I was having with Island Girl's Simply Brilliant Wax. On 9/21. Jim Willis, President of Island Girl Products admitted that early formulations of the wax sometimes "kicked off" in the bottle. Jim also offered to replace the product with a newer formula wax. I received the new bottle today.
