Has anyone had experience using a 16 inch diameter propeller on a Hunter 310? I'm considering switching from the factory 2-blade 15x12 to a Kiwi 16 inch feathering prop on my 1999 310.
16x12 Max-prop (feathering) on my 84 model H31 and love it. My only problem is that it's underpowered with a Yanmar GMF13. Why Hunter went with the 13 on these is beyond me, but the prop is a dream. I have to adjust the pitch waaaay down to get the little girl reved to 3400rpm. Can only get ~5 knots.
