Quick question for the group. I've got a '92 Hunter 35.5 with the larger hatches that are flush with the cabin top, I believe they are Lewmars. The arms that keep the hatches open are an aluminum shaft that runs through a molded piece with a retaining bolt. For those that have them, hopefully what I'm describing makes sense. If not, I'll be back to the boat on Thursday and I can take a picture. That molded piece does not stand up well to crew inadvertently step on a partial open hatch. One was broken (and repaired) on the boat when I boat it, but has broken again. So if you've broken one, do you have a source for replacements? I'd really like to replace with original. I have a good friend whose business has a metal shop. One of his guys machined something, that I believe will work, out of aluminum. He offered to make more if I couldn't find a source and there was any demand. Thanks - T J
