Reinstalling the dinette table that has been stored. I have everything but the sheave and mounting plate that the counterweight line rides on through at the top of the mast compression post. Anyone have a source for one?

If I can find it on Saturday I'll post a note in this thread then PM you for an address. As long as you run the line from the counter weight out thru the sheaves slot you can easily add the sheave later.

I beat my frozen and rusted counter weight out of my compression post on our '91 and removed the sheave when I painted the post. The sheave and mount are a single unit. I did not reinstall the counter weight because I was worried if I ground too much off the counter weight it would act as a bell clapper in the post. A leak at the mast base dripped into the post and rusted the weight and rotted the glassed over wood the post bolts to on the sole. The other reason I left the weight out was to run a 4awg wire from the mast base thru the post to the keel bolt for lightning protection. The OEM 8awg wire that was bolted to the mast base and top post fitting was rotted away.
