I was sailing Wednesday and an older gentelman went by me on the opposite side of the channel in an hunter 28.5. I noticed that he had an interesting bimini up that may work on the 9.2A. It wasn't the prettiest thing but it was practical and...more importantly...possible. I didn't snap a photo, but it looked like he rigged a cross member (use PVC pipe?) to the back stay and then rigged a little "boom tent" on it to give himself some sun protection. That certainly seems possible to do on my boat. I made a crude drawing...very crude...

that may work Bob ....but i havent had the good fortune of haveing my mast and boom up as of yet ...but have been toying with the idea of modifing the biminie to include a visor of sorts to be folded out when in use...sorta like the sunvisor over the wind shield in the car or truck...but for now i am not even sure my biminie frame is the correct one for my boat as in may be too wide at the foot of the frame although that is good in respect to being able to cut it down in width at the center of the bows and splice it back and weld and polish it ...better long than short .......

regards
