88 to 90 Hunter 30

Looking for 88 to 90 H30 in the Northeast. I've looked at reviews and most of them are old, due to age of the model. Does anyone have recent information concerning problems like deck cores, maintenance, iron keel or anything else that may be important?
I did read a topic about shortening the mast 4' to get under bridges. That seems a bit aggressive however the 50' above the waterline seems too high for a 30' boat.

You can try using "Search" for brand "Hunter" and model "30_88-94". Then use a search phrase of "and the" and "Find any word". Problem is the search will give you all Hunter 30s. But it is sorted by most recent to oldest and there are a lot of entries of the 88-94 model. You can see what some owners are dealing with currently.
