1. foredeck - The furler on these boats were below deck. There is a fairlead that goes through the deck for the furling line. Water can get into the deck area just aft of the anchor locker.
2. skylights - These often leak
3. holding tank - should be a poly tank by now.
4. ports (bomar/gray or beckson) - leak
5. Propane or CNG stove - This is not a big deal but CNG can be an issue in some areas. If it is CNG you need to consider what it is going to cost to retrofit if you want to change.
I don't know about your model, but the 35 has drawers over the engine and it can be almost impossible to adjust the valves (and even change oil). Be sure that you get an engine survey and have the compression checked. They may have never been adjusted.
Hopefully your surveyor is familiar with Hunters and can do a proper job.
