'83 H27 need Cutless schematic

not sure about a schematic
Here's a couple of shots of the strut where the cutlass bearing is. The shaft is 1" if I remember correctly, the bearing is probably about 4" long. No idea on the outer diameter. You can get the cutlass bearing pretty easily, even through West Marine. Can you describe the vibrations? Have you checked the prop for growth or damaged blades? Checked for loose zincs? Also, have you checked the alignment between the transmission and prop shaft flanges?

Oh yeah - check the motor mounts also
