And having been away awhile, I’ve found it difficult to find my posts. Maybe I should consolidate as others have.
My list of projects is pretty extensive. I’ve owned the boat since 1/2016 and have never sailed her. Motored a bit mastless as we replaced the rotten bunks:

Gelcoat cracks below water line
Chainplate eyebolt upgrade
Stem fitting reinforcement kit
Starboard bulkhead reinforcement
Cracked liner at starboard bulkhead
Port lite gaskets
Finish work to install motor mount
Trailer lights & wiring
Finished projects:
Acquired motor ‘99 5hp 4S Evinrude
Replaced impeller & fluids
Built wood motor stand
Replaced table leg pivot pin
Stabilized and refinished tiller
Replaced keel lock bolt
Filled 10 motor mount holes
Built battery box
Bought and installed battery
Repaired wiring
Replaced bow light assembly
Reinforced keel winch mount surface
Replaced keel winch
Replaced trailer bunks

Now that's a comprehensive project list!! Good for you to tackle these. Hopefully you will get the opportunity to get the mast up, rigging and sails and start sailing.

Chainplate eyebolt upgrade kit. Bought the kit some time ago. Was surprised to find sealant had leaked.

that is probably a better decision. I have this week off and planned to spend time under the boat filling the myriad of gelcoat cracks, but then found this thread and decided I’ll go with the recommendations of those who contributed 13 years ago.

fine gelcoat cracks all over below waterline :(

The strut on my 76 cat 27 had been repaired in the past (who knows when) and there had been some water intrusion into the fiberglass. I had it repaired and it luckily wasn't very deep or far. I also noticed while starting to take off the 10000 coats of bottom paint that the whole gelcoat below...
